If you did not meet the requirements for your course but had a high enough UPG for your chosen University unit, you will be listed as DPWS (degree program with available slot). The funny thing is that most upcat takers do not know this and when they fail, the instant go-to excuse is "Quota course yung napili ko."
Remember to ask if the degree program accepts transferees from other schools, some do not. Ask when they will start application period and if the degree program you prefer has still limited slots (ugh, the slots). And prepared for an interview.
